At Gemfora Jewelry, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items that meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Any diamond or gemstone certificate must be included with the return

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items not eligible for return include:

• Gift cards
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Engraved items
• Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If more than 30 days have passed since the item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange, except in cases where the product arrives defective or damaged.

Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Each item must meet the return eligibility requirements.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@gemfora.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and unworn
• Free from damage or alteration
• Returned with original packaging
• Returned with any gemstone or diamond certification (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For items valued over $200, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Gemfora Jewelry is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team.

You will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes:

• Custom-designed jewelry
• Modified items
• Personalized or engraved pieces

If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order.

After 48 hours, a 15% cancellation fee may apply.

 

Free Gift with Purchase

Orders that qualify for a free promotional gift may receive a complimentary item.

If items from such an order are returned and the remaining order value falls below the promotional threshold, If a promotional gift was included, it must be returned unused to receive a full refund, unless the gift is also returned in unused condition.

Complimentary earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 $8 Standard Shipping for orders below $80

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
